摘要
现行的农村教师教育培训存在滞后、剥离和资金短缺等问题。根据农村实际情况,对农村教师的培训应建立一个连续阶段模式,以校本培训为主,构成集中培训式、师徒结对式、主体体验研修式和联合培训式等培训体系,提高教师质量,促进新农村建设。
Lagging, stripping, funds lacking and other issues are the problems of the existing education and training of teachers in rural areas. According to the actual situation in rural areas, a continuous-stage model should be established in training rural teachers, from which form a training system of school training center together with centralized training, apprenticeship twinning training, mainbody experiencing study-research training and joint training to improve the quality of teachers and promote new rural construction.
