N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)-二氯荧光素能量转移化学发光体系测定氯原酸的研究

摘要 在碱性条件下,N-澳代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)氧化氯原酸,在荧光染料二氯荧光素增敏作用下发生化学发光.基于此现象,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定痕量氯原酸的流动注射化学发光分析法。在优化的实验条件下,氯原酸浓度在2.0×10^(-4)~1.0×10^(-2)mg/L范围内与发光强度呈线性关系(ΔI=1324.7 C+56.9,C:mg/L,r^2 =0.9979),检出限(3σ)为1.1×10^(-4)mg/L,对5.0×10^(-3)mg/L苯酚9次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%.将该方法用于对药物制剂中氯原酸的测定,结果令人满意. A simple, sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of chlorogenic acid was developed in the present paper. The method is based on the chemiluminescence (CL) reaction of chlorogenic acid with N-bromosciccinimide in a sodium hydroxide medium, sensitized by the fluorescent dye dichlorofluorescein. The proposed procedure allows quantitation of chlorogenic acid in the concentration range of 2.0×10^-4~1.0×10^-2mg/L(△I=1324.7C+56.9,C:mg/L,r^2=0.9979), with a detection limit of 1.1× 10^-4 mg/L (3σ). The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 3.5% for 5.0×10^-3 mg/L chlorogenic acid (n= 9). The method applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid in pharmaceutical preparations gave satisfactory results.
