香蕉中丙环唑残留的分析方法研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用乙腈提取香蕉中的丙环唑的农药残留,用SPE弗罗里硅柱净化,气相色谱法(μ-ECD检测器)进行测定.该方法的线性相关系数为0.9994.回收率在92.4~112.8%之间,变异系数1.3~11.7%。果皮和果肉丙环唑的最低检出限为0.01mg/kg. In the article, a method for determination of propiconazole in banana is described. The samples are extracted with actontrile and cleaned up with an SPE column. Propiconazole is detected by GC using μ-ECD detector. The average recoveries of the method range from 92.4% to 112.8% and the relative standard deviations are in the range of 1.3% to 11.7%. The linear correlation coefficient is 0. 999 4. The limit of detection of propiconazole in the pericarp and the sarcocarp is 0.01 mg/kg.
