重庆市建设用地保障问题探讨

A Study on the Safeguard of Building Land in Chongqing

从可持续发展的角度。分析了近十年来重庆市建设用地的增长趋势、增长来源及结构分布,揭示了重庆市建设用地保障面临的突出问题:供求关系紧张,基本农田占用、土地储备压力、用地方式粗放,征地矛盾突出等.针对这些问题.结合重庆市市情,提出了缓解建设用地保障困境的对策建议.

Considering sustainable development, this paper analyses the increase trend, increase source and structure distribution of building land of Chongqing in recent ten years, and also points out the main problems in the safeguard of building land in Chongqing, such as： strained relation of supply and demand, illegal occupation of basic farmland, the pressure of land reserve, too crude method of land-use, outstanding contradiction of land requisitioned, and so on. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on how to solve the problem on safeguard of building land mentioned above according to the actuality of Chongqing.
