旅游交通规划“三步曲”的方法与实践——以宁波东钱湖地区为例

Three Steps of Tourism Transportation Planning—A Case Study in Doqian Lake Region of Ningbo

以旅游交通的出行特性为基础,本文提出旅游交通规划的“三步曲”方法:即旅游的概念规划、详细规划和特色规划。通过对宁波东钱湖地区的规划实践,运用这种“三步曲”方法确定了旅游区与客源地的空间形态联系、旅游交通的线网布局及景区交通设施的具体形态,并将交通的旅游特色根植与交通规划的每个环节。用这种方法规划的区域具有旅游特色与交通网络结合紧密,设施与空间布局合理等特点。

Based on the trip characteristics of tourism transportation, a three step method of tourism transportation planning was advanced in this paper, that is, concept planning, detailed planning and characteristic planning. In Ningbo Doqian lake region planning program, not only the spatial connection of tourism area and tourist places, route network distribution of tourism transportation and concrete modalities of tourism traffic equipment, but also infiltration of tourism characteristics into every links in transportation planning are all determined with the method. By this means, the planning outstands the traveling characteristics; the traffic network is implanted in these characteristics; and the arrangements of the facilities and the spacial are reasonable
