Optimization of the Network Structure of Collecting and Distributing System in Port Logistics

贸易的全球化对港口物流提出了越来越高的要求,而畅通无阻的集疏运网络是提高码头效率和效益的关键。本文通过对港口物流集疏运系统的分析,阐述了集疏运系统对港口物流效率发挥的重要作用,并针对集疏运网络这一环节,借鉴双层规划模型和网络流理论,结合港口网络配流的特征,建立0-1整数规划模型,以最小物流成本为基础平衡货流量,优化港口集疏运网络结构。

Due to the globalization of the international trade around the world, a kind of high effective port logistics is needed. Meanwhile, a collecting and distributing system without obstruction can directly improve the efficiency and benefit of port logistics. This paper analyzed the collecting and distributing system that has a crucial role to the port logistics. Then, taking the collecting and distributing network as a link, and with a bi-level programming model and the network flow theory, and combining the characteristics of balancing the cargo flow, a 0-1 integer programming model was established. The model takes the minimum logistic cost as a basic balance cargo flow volume, optimizes the collecting and distribution network of logistics at port.
