摘要
为探索薄层色谱法测定壬代环戊双醚的操作条件,采用丙酮为溶剂对样品进行溶解,以石油醚-异丙醚-异丙醇(体积比6∶1∶1)为展开剂上行展开,在碘蒸汽中显色,密封展板后用薄层扫描仪进行测量。结果:各组分分离良好,斑点集中且清晰。定量检测线性范围为20~60μg,线性方程为Y(μV)=719.7985+159.9724X(μg),相关系数(r)为0.9991。加样回收率为101.10%,仪器精密度RSD=0.84%,同板精密度为1.78%,满足定量分析的要求。
To study the determination method of 2-n-nonyl-1, 3-dioxolane by TLC. Acetone was chosen as solvent in sample-dissolution, a mixed solution containing petroleum ether, isopropyl ether and isopropanol in the volume ratio of 6:1:1 was used as developing agent, and iodine vapour was used as the color reagent. The results showed that good separation of components in samples, clear and concentrated spots on the plate were obtained. The parameters by quantitative analysis were as follows: linear range 20~60μg, regression equation Y (uV)=719.7985+159.9724X, r= 0.9991, average recovery 101.10%, precision of instrument 0.84%, precision of sample plate 1.78%.
