摘要
阐述了谐振腔与横模选择的原理、分析选横模的方法,研究了如何在YAG脉冲激光器上抑制高阶模.从而得到波长为1.06μm的单一基模激光束输出,并通过实验验证倾斜反射镜选模的效果.
The basic principles of Gaussian beam and matrix optics are introduced. By analyzing the theories of optical resonator, methods are found on how to suppress the high order modes of YAG pulse laser to realize the base mode selection, the output wave-length is 1.06μm. The effectiveness of changing the laser's mode by tilting the reflector is verified.
