摘要
报道了采用计算机集成自动化制备系统（CIAPS）制备的聚烯烃合成油和真空泵油基磁性液体的研究结果。采用透射电子显微镜（TEM）、X-射线衍射（XRD）和振动样品磁强计（VSM）对其进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明，所得到的材料是均匀分散、球形、单畴的立方相Fe3O4纳米材料，粒径集中在大约7～13nm范围，两种磁性液体的饱和磁化强度分别达到26．90kA／m和17．92kA／m。
Excellent polyalphaolefins- and vacuum pump oil-base magnetic liquids prepared by computer-integrated automatic preparation system （CIAPS）. The structural characterization and property test of magnetic fluids conducted by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD） and Vibrating Sample Magnetometry （VSM） were proved the superparamagnetic liquids with magnetic nanoparticles Fes 04 cores with single domain and the average grain size around 7 - 13 nm. The saturation magnetizations of PO - MF and VO - MF samples were 26. 90 kA/m and 17.92 kA/m.
