摘要
采用自制的封端型聚氨酯预取体与氨纶树脂熔融纺丝,可改善氨纶弹性恢复率。结果表明,采用蓖麻油与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应,加入封端剂乙二醇烷基醚类,得到封端型聚氨酯预聚体。纺丝过程中加入此聚氨酯预聚体作为化学交联剂,添加的质量分数为10%~15%,熔融纺丝得到的氨纶弹性恢复率可达97%-98%。
The elastic recovery of melt-spun spandex can be improved by melt spinning self-made terminated polyurethane prepolymer and spandex resin. The results showed that the terminated prepolymer was prepared by introducing ethylene glycol alkyl ether as a capping agent into the reaction system of castor oil and tolylene diisocyanate(TDI). The elastic recovery of the melt- spun spandex could be in the range of 97% -98% when the addition of the prepolymer was between 10% and 15% acting as a crosslinking agent during the spinning process.
