黄土丘陵沟壑区退耕还林工程现状研究——以陕西吴起县为例

Study on the Present Situation of the Project of Returning Cropland to Forest in the Loess Hilly Region——Taking Wuqi County in Shaanxi as an Example

退耕还林作为一项旨在治理水土流失、改善生态环境、转变农村经济结构的重大工程,在吴起县实施七、八年来,取得了显著成就,同时也暴露出一些问题。以吴起县退耕还林工程为研究对象,通过实地调研,分析工程取得的成果和存在的问题,提出一些建议,以推进工程的进一步建设,实现持续发展。

Returning cropland to forest is an important project as the aim of controlling soil erosion, ameliorating ecological environment and transforming the economical structure in villages. It has been implemented for 7 or 8 years in Wuqi county and achieves a obvious result. But at the same time, some questions are exposed up. The paper sets the project of retuning cropland to forest in Wuqi county as the studied object, analyzes its achievement and problems by investing on the spot, puts forward some suggestion to accelerate better construction of the project in order to realize sustainable development.
