摘要
据调查,酒糟中,还原糖占0.2%,总糖占0.8%,而且含有大量的酵母和蛋白质,包括丰富的酵母生长因子。研究采取原料提前除渣,用于生产微生物饲料,清液发酵酒精。蒸馏后发酵醪回收,用精制复合酶重新水解,作为营养液加入到拌料罐重新回收发酵。结果证明:生产的微生物饲料带来良好的经济效益;原料利用率提高3%,水利用率提高50%,而且污水处理成本大大降低,能源利用率也得到提高,1t玉米平均提高经济效益60元。
According our experiment, in the best ferment condition, the distiller grain has 0,2% reducing sugar, 0.8% total sugar, a lot of yeast and protein, including a lot of growth factor of yeast. This article study the clarify glucose alcoholic fermentation process. The material was first ash-disposal and used to produce microbial fertilizer. The distiller grain was recycled and first degydrated by the refining production of complex enzyme. Then was taken into fermentor as nutritious liquid. The result indicate that the transformation of the row material was increased by 3%. The transformation of the water was increased by 50%. Further more the cost of the dealing with distiller grain declined, even the use of energy was also improved. After many ferment experiment, the benefit of economy increase by 60¥ on one ton corn.
