摘要
通过试验并加以理论分析,研究开发高结冰率的自然冷源贮藏设备。通过透明软管的演示试验证明循环系统中制冷剂的真实运行状况。以演示试验为根据,结合热管技术原理进行综合分析。再进行铜管设备的多种整形试验,获得结冰效率更高的结构造型,并通过数据加以证明。实际证明,贮冷设备中蒸发端以螺旋沿垂直上下延伸结构造型结冰效果最好。
The study of high freezing-rate facilities using Natural Coldness Resource (NCR) was analyzed according to the heat pipe technique in this paper. First of all, the true running situation of the cooling medium in cycling system was showed by using a transparent pipe. Then, the comprehensive analysis was carried on by the experimental results and principle of heat pipe technique. Finally, a higher freezing-rate structure was got by the reshaped-experiment with copper pipe, at the same time, the experimental data were needed. The experimental facts showed that using vertical screw in the structure of area of evaporation can get the perfect effects.
