摘要
采用德国制GF254薄层层析板,展开剂为正丁醇∶冰乙酸∶水=4∶1∶1,点样量1.0μL,展开后用联苯胺-高碘酸钠溶液显色,在此条件下多元醇灵敏度为0.04μg,较已报道的薄层层析法提高了近50倍。试验通过采用专用显色剂的方法,降低了试验的成本,建立了一种理想的多元醇薄层层析定性分析方法。该方法简单,快速,灵敏。
The nature determination of polyalcohol through TLC is studied, Erythritol w-as separated by using GF254 TLC board(German),The sample is spreaded in liquid which n-butanol:pyridine'water=4:1:1, the amount of spotting is 1.0μL, the saitivity is 0.04μg. After spreading developing, the colouration was used biphenylamine-sodium metaperiodate.
