摘要
用流式细胞仪检测10例正常人血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅡb-Ⅲa、GPⅠb--Ⅸ，并用于诊断1例血小板无力症。结果表明，流式细胞仪可快速、简便、敏感地检测血小板膜糖蛋白，为血小板功能缺陷性疾病的诊断和研究提供了一种新方法。
We detected platelets glycoprotein(GPⅠ b-Ⅸ, GPⅡb-Ⅲa in 10 normal subjects with flow cytometry (FCM) and one case was diagnosed as Glanzmans thrombasthemia by means of FCM. The results show that FCM is a simple and sensitive method to detect GP and can provide a new method for diagnosis and research of platelet dysfunction diseases.
