摘要
基于矩阵方法对行星齿轮机构中行星轮的运动和联结特性进行分析,依据行星齿轮机构组合的规律,提出了机构型式转化为两种基本型式—单行星轮和双行星轮机构形成的组合机构的方法,对nK-H型行星齿轮机构的基本型式作出了新解。并介绍了使用简单划一的方法求解复杂机构传动问题的步骤,建立了新的研究思路。
The motion and the coupling of the planetary gear in the planetary train with the matrix is analyzed, then a new method that the planetary gear system can be looked upon as a combination of two basic planetary train type, the single planetary gear train and double planetary gear train is established, It is a new thinking to show the principle of nK-H planetary gear train using the method. The simple procedure to solve the problem of complex planetary gear transmission by uniformity method is illustrated, and a new path of studying the transmission is provided.
