保尔佳对肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响

Immunologic Functional Effect of Polyera in Cancer Patients

在24例恶性肿瘤患者应用保尔佳前、后，用APAAP法检测外周血的T淋巴细胞亚群、末梢血WBC、plt、Hb结果显示：使用保尔佳后，CD3+、CD4+淋巴细胞亚群及WBC数均显著增高（P＜0．05），余无显著差异（P＞0．05）。提示保尔佳是一种很好的抗肿瘤药物。

The effect of Polyerga on malignant tumor petients was investigated. Twenty-four cancer patients were given polyerga solely or incombination with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Following certain treatment of the auderlying malignant CD3+、CD4+、CD+、CD4+/CD8+ ratio and B-lymphocyte in peripheral blood were determined by means of using APAAP method before and after the administration of polyerga. Leukocyte count, thrombocyte count, and hemoglobin and leukocyte differential count were also determined in all of the patients. The results showed that CD3+,CD4+ subsets of lymphocyte and leukocyte count increased after Polyerga treatment than that before the treatment(P<0. 05). No significant changes was found in other determinations (P> 0. 05), so that, ployerga could be chosen and used as measures in the treatment of cancer.
