骨创伤治疗仪用于骨创伤疾病的临床应用研究

The effect of the bone trauma therapeutic instrument in treating ex- ternal trauma diseases

目的研究骨创伤治疗仪用于各种骨创伤疾病时,对骨折部位疼痛的缓解、肿胀的消除、骨密度的改善及骨质疏松的预防、促进骨折愈合等方面的临床效果。方法将400例骨创伤疾病患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组200例采用骨创伤治疗仪配合常规治疗护理方法;对照组200例采用常规的治疗护理方法。观察对比两组患者在临床上治疗后患处疼痛减轻、消肿情况、骨密度测量对比及同一时间内骨质疏松、骨折愈合等方面的效果。结果经统计学处理,研究组在临床疼痛症状改善情况、消肿症状改善情况、骨密度测量对比率和预防骨质疏松等方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论骨创伤治疗仪临床应用中可明显减轻疼痛、消肿快,有利于改善骨密度、预防骨质疏松、促进骨折的愈合。

Objective To study the effect of the bone trauma therapeutic instrument in treating external trauma diseases. To make a forecast, the effects are as follows detumescence, acesodyne, decreasing the cosing calcium, increasing bone density and improving the union of fracture. Methods To divide 400 external trauma patients into 200 cases experiment group with hone trauma therapeutic instrument helping to common treatment and 200 cases control group only with common treatment. After observing and surveying, the treatment effect of two groups were compared and contrasted. Results Obviously the control group is not patch on the experiment group （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion The bone trauma therapeutic instrument can promote soft tissue to lessen pain and swelling, increase the bone density, boviate sotesporsis and improve the union of fracture.
