摘要
目的探讨smart plug泪管栓塞治疗干眼的临床效果和护理。方法对50例（90只眼）干眼患者术前及smart plug泪管栓塞术后2w、3个月行主观和客观检测,并评估其效果。结果经过smartplug泪管栓塞及精心护理后,干眼症状明显减轻,甚至消失。结论smart plug泪管栓塞术是治疗干眼安全有效的方法,术前、术中及术后精心的护理有助于手术的成功及患者的康复。
Objective To elevate the clinical effectiveness and nursing of Smart PLUG Punctual Plugs in the treatment of dry eye. Methods Smart PLUG Punctual Plugs were implanted into 50 （90 eyes） patients. Subjective and objective tests were performed before and 2 weeks, 3 months after the treatment to elevate the effectiveness. Results Treatment with Smart PLUG Punctual Plugs significantly alleviates the symptom of dry eye disease. Conclusion Occlusion of Smart PLUG Punctual Plugs is safe and effective in the treatment of dry eye disease.
