城市天然气用气规划研究

A SCHEME STUDY ON URBAN GAS CONSUMING

城市天然气工程已经而且还将继续兴起建设高潮,有必要对城市天然气的用气规划进行研究,以指导城市天然气工程的建设。为此,介绍了天然气用气规划工作中用户及其用气量规划的原则、目的和内容;详细分析了影响天然气用户及其用气量的主要因素——天然气价格及其可替代能源价格、城市发展状况和人民生活水平;说明了各类用户的用气量定额、用气的不均匀系数以及用气定额和不均匀系数的影响系数;指出目前天然气用气规划工作中存在的主要问题并针对性地提出了建议:规划工作要强有力的技术保证,要正确分析和研究用气规律,对于边远城市必须正确选择气源,要重视环境事故风险的研究等。

Urban gas construction work has already been on the highway and this will keep on running in Chinese big and small cities. The study on urban gas consumption scheme is extraordinarily necessary at present in order to guide the construction engineering for city gas. In this case of study, it introduced the end users of gas and the principle, purpose and contents involved in the planning of gas consumption. It analyzed in detail how the final gas users and gas using volume were affected by the main factors including gas price, its alternatives price, city development status, and inhabitants' living level. It also explained different gas using ration by different consumers, factors of unequal gas consumption and their impacting coefficients. It is pointed out the main problems existed in present urban gas scheme and some suggestions are put forward accordingly, i. e. scheme work should be guaranteed by reliable techniques, gas consuming routine information should be under control and studied as well, cautious study should be concentrated on environment-threatening accidents and risks if considering gas source selection for those remote cities in China.
