苏里格气田天然气集输工艺技术的优化创新 被引量:83

OPTIMIZATION AND INNOVATION WORKS ON GAS GATHERING TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNIQUES IN THE SULIGE GASFIELD

摘要 苏里格气田是非均质性极强的致密岩性气藏,储层之间连通性极差,地质情况复杂,有效储层难以预测,具有低压、低渗、低产、低丰度等特点。针对该气田的“四低”特点,通过近5年的试验和技术改进,基本形成了一套具有苏里格气田特色的地面建设模式。为此,概要介绍了该气田地面建设中采用的“井下节流、井口不加热、不注醇、井间串接、带液计量、中低压集气、常温分离、二级增压、集中处理”等一系列新的集输工艺技术。实践证明,这些技术对该气田的开发和建设是适合的,从而为类似“四低”气田的开发和建设提供了借鉴。 Compacted lithologic gas reservoirs, with bad connectivity between the formations, complex geologic structure, and unpredictable production layers, have been mostly discovered with strong heterogeneity in the Sulige Gasfield, which is characterized by 'Four Lows', i. e. low pressure, low permeability, low production, and low abundance. Aiming at those existing problems in this gasfield, many tests and technical innovations have been done well in these 5 years to own its special ground construction style. This paper introduces briefly a series of new gathering technology and techniques adopted in the ground construction of the Sulige Gasfield, i. e. throttle down under the well, no heating in the wellhead, no methane feeding, running in tandem between two wells, measurement with liquids, gas collection under medium-and low-pressure, separation under normal temperature, second-order pressure charging, centralized processing. Field experiences prove that those techniques mentioned above are fit for the development and construction for this gas field, thus providing helpful reference for similar gas fields like the Sulige Gasfield with 'Four Lows'.
