摘要
乌鲁木齐铁路局在实施运输精益生产的实践中,突出调度指挥机构的核心作用、站区基础推动作用和装车地始发直达列车的拉动作用。通过构建系统框架、再造生产流程、控制关键项点、整合运力资源、优化劳动组织,使运输组织效率得到明显改善,运输经营指标实现新突破。实践证明,精益生产是铁路企业实现内涵扩大再生产的有效途径。
In the practice of lean production in railway transportation, Urumqi Railway Administration stresses on core function of dispatching and command center, driving effect of station area and pull effect of through train departed from loading sites. Through construction of system framework, re-engineering of production procedure, control of key parts, assembly of transport resource and optimization of labor organization, the administration improves efficiency of transport organization significantly, and achieves new breakthrough in transport operational index. Practice of the administration proves that lean production is an effective approach for railway enterprise to realize connotation-oriented extended reproduction.
