摘要
综观世界教育领域,有关精英人才教育的实验和探索,始终没有停息过,21世纪以来,更多国家普遍采取了支持精英人才教育的政策、计划、投资支持和立法保护。在中国教育历史长河中,有关拔尖创新人才早期培养的研究与实践源远流长,而当前,通过精英教育完善拔尖创新人才的早期培养教育,是建设人力资源强国的战略选择。为此,在学校教育领域,要深入研究有关智能潜力的测试甄别、特别课程设置及培养模式、非智力因素等综合素质的培养途径及评价标准,切实提高有关试验探索的质量和水平。
Making a comprehensive view of the world educational field, the experiment and exploration on the elites education have never stopped. Since the 21st century, more countries have adopted the policy, plan, investment support and legislation protection to support elites education. In the long history of Chinese education, the research and practice on the forepart cultivation of outstanding innovative talents have been of long standing. While currently to perfect the forepart cultivation and education of outstanding innovative talents through elites education is a strategic choice to construct strong human resources. Therefore, in school educational field, we should deepen the research on the cultivation approach and evaluation norm of comprehensive quality such as the testing discrimination of aptitude potential, setting-up of special curriculum and cultivation mode, and non-intelligent factors so as to improve the quality and level of experiment and exploration.
