高校学生管理制度应该体现以人为本的价值追求。将契约理念引入高校学生管理,不但可以促进高校依法治校、依法管理的进程,而且对于保证大学理念以及高等教育的功能的实现,体现对学生的人文关怀、以学生为本和服务于学生的原则具有重要意义。针对我国高校现行学生管理的弊端,可利用行政契约的控权性,对高校权力实施必要的限制。
