摘要
随着数控机床向高速高精度发展的趋势,滚珠丝杆作为数控机床关键功能部件之一,其安装要求也相应提高,以确保其传动精度。本文结合生产实践,采用一种预拉伸结构,使丝杆在温度升高的情况下满足了工作要求。经多年来数控机床的实际应用,结构合理,性能良好。
With the development trend of high-speed and high precision NC machine tools, the requirements for installation of ballscrews, which is one of key functional parts of NC machine tools, are improved to ensure its transmission accuracy. Combining with the productive practice, a prestretching structure is applied in this article to make the ballscrews work well at the time of temperature increment. The years' practical application has proved that the structure mentioned in the article is of high rationality and performance.
