摘要 依据制造产品对各种制造资源的需求匹配关系和制造网格中已封装资源的综合复杂度,给出了制造网格中各类资源的加权负载计算方法,并根据各类资源的加权负载,提出了制造网格资源分组调度策略。分析表明,本文提出的基于加权负载计算的制造网格资源分组调度策略与目前普遍采用的基于多级代理的调度策略相比,具有资源调度方案设计简洁、易于实现和资源利用效率高等优点。 Gave out the adaptive-weighted load computing method according to the demand match relation for every manufacturing resource of product and the comprehensive complex degree of closed resource in manufacturing grid. Pointed out tactics of the resource divided scheduling in manufacturing grid. By analyzed and compared the tactics given in this paper with the scheduling tactics adopted usually, proved that the tactics of the resource divided scheduling has many merits: simplification in resource scheduling plan designing, easy to realize, high efficiency of resource used, et al.
