基于知识的CAPP中工艺知识管理与应用策略研究

Research on process knowledge management and application methods in knowledge-based CAPP

通过对制造业工艺工作领域的调研,对制造企业在工艺设计过程中对CAPP系统的功能需求进行分析,总结制造企业工艺设计的共同特点,并以此为依据开发了基于知识的CAPP系统。本文对系统中的工艺知识在工艺方案设计和零部件工艺设计中的应用作了系统的研究．提出了一系列的实现办法。阐述了系统中知识管理的方法。分析了基于知识的CAPP系统的主要特点。

By investigation on technological work domain of manufacturing industry, we analysed fuction requirement in technological design process of manufacturing industry and summarized the common peculiarity of it. Based on this classification, a knowledge-based CAPP system was developed.In this paper, we make a systematic study on the use of Process knowledge in. A series of feasible methods were proposed. Expounded the methods of knowledge base management and analysed the main characteristics of knowledge-based CAPP system.
