大鼠γ线照射后单个核细胞的黏附及迁移功能研究
摘要
细胞黏附分子（cell adhesion molecules，CAMs）为一类调节细胞与细胞间、细胞与细胞外基质间相互结合和起黏附作用的糖蛋白，在胚胎发育和分化、炎性反应和创伤愈合免疫应答、肿瘤扩散与转移等许多生理和病理过程中发挥重要生物学功能。近年来的研究表明，肿瘤患者在接受一定剂量的放疗后，血液及肿瘤周围组织CAMs表达及其介导的黏附功能发生改变，这种改变与照射剂量存在良好的量效关系。
