非参考条件下放射治疗剂量的TLD比对结果 被引量:7

TLD comparisons for radiotherapy dnsimetry in non-reference conditions

摘要 目的在北京地区三级甲等医院中,用TLD完成非参考条件下放射治疗剂量比对。方法TLD系统用60Coγ线束校准。TLD读数经能量响应及TLD支架减弱等校正因子的修正。结果高能光子束DEAG/DUSER的平均比值是1.001;高能电子束DEAG/DUSER的平均比值是1.000。结论按照IAEA的要求,医院的TLD剂量比对扩展不确定度(k=2)不大于5%。比对结果表明,参加比对的这些医院的高能光子束的合格率是98%,高能电子束的合格率是100%。 Objective To carry out TLD comparisons for radiotherapy dosimetry in non-reference conditions in some advanced hospitals in Beijing. Methods The TLD measuring system was calibrated in Co-60 γ-ray beam. The readings were corrected by energy response and TLD holder attenuation correction factors. Results For high energy photon beams, the mean ratio of EAG' s dose to user' s dose ( DEAC/DusER ) is 1.001 ; For high energy electron beams, the mean ratio of DEAC DUSER is 1.000. Conclusions According to IAEA requirement, TLD dose comparison error for hospital, the expanded uncertainty (k = 2) shall not be more than 5%. The results indicate that the qualified rates are 98% for high energy photon beams and 100% for high energy electron beams in the participating hospitals.
