摘要 氢镍动力电池搁置过程中的自放电不一致性直接影响到电池的实际应用,静态搁置电压是电池的重要荷电态参数之一,可作为电池自放电性能的重要判据,进行电池自放电的分选,该方法通过大量试验表明十分有效,且简单易行。为缩短分选周期,进行了大量试验,结果表明,将电池充电到20%SOC后,搁置10~15d,电池静态电压出现明显的差异,通过电压与一个月后的荷电保持率综合判断出分选电池的电压基准,并以此来分选电池,可以大大缩短分选周期。 The uniformity of self-discharge performance has direct influence on Ni-MH batteries. As one of the important battery parameters, the shelved voltage can help to judge battery self-discharge performance and choose batteries. The results of the experiments prove that the method is very effective and convenient. In generally, it needs a period of one month or more on doing some experiments to test the battery self-discharge performance. If the battery is shelved for 10-15 days at 20% SOC and then we can judge the self-discharge performance by the shelved voltage. The method has shorten experimental time.
