预知子中saponins P_K的HPLC分析

Determination of Saponins P_K in Fructus akebiae by HPLC

目的分析不同种与不同产地预知子中saponins PK的含量,为预知子质量标准建立提供进一步参考。方法采用高效液相色谱分析,Alltech C18色谱柱,乙腈-水(0.1%磷酸)(29.5∶70.5)为流动相,检测波长203 nm。结果saponins PK的保留时间为14 min,线性范围为0.091～0.455μg(r=0.999 9),加样回收率101.93%。所测样品中saponins PK的含量在0.04%～2.04%。结论该法快捷、简便、准确,可用于预知子的质量评价。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the analysis of saponins PK in different species and growing places. METHODS An alltech C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile：0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（29. 5： 70.5 ）. UV detection wavelength was at 203 nm. RESULTS The relative retention time of saponins PK was near 14 minutes. A good recovery （ 101.9% ） and linear correlation （r =0. 999 9） were obtained. The contents of saponins PK were 0.04% -2.04% in fructus akebiae from different growing places. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of fructus akebiae.
