摘要
介绍如何使用三菱PLC系统控制和编码器脉冲计数的方式来实现对三工位旋转工作台的精确定位控制,以及该系统的硬件配置和软件思想,并重点阐述了脉冲计数实现工作台定位精度的软、硬件设计;最后通过对实验结果的分析,探讨了影响旋转工作台定位精度的因素并提出改进措施。
This article mainly introduces how to achieve the precise orientation control of the three-position revolving worktable by the control system of Mitsubishi PLC and the mode of pulse count. The hardware configuration and software idea of the system are introduced detailedly. Also, achieving the hardware and software design of orientation precision by pulse count is expounded intensively. At last, the factors which influence the orientation precision of the revolving worktable are studied and the improvement measures are presented according to the analysis of the experimental result.
