摘要
循环流化床锅炉(CFBB)作为一种新型燃烧设备,具有高效低污染、煤种适应性好,负荷调整范围宽,飞灰和炉渣的含碳量低、运行稳定,并且对有害气体的排放进一步降低、环保效果好等优点,因此而得到广泛的推广和应用;但是,由于投放时间短、且炉型不断改进,一直存在自动控制系统投入不理想等问题;因此设计一种有效的方案将有利于实现流化床锅炉的控制,在介绍了循环流化床锅炉控制方案的基础上,设计了基于FCS的循环流化床锅炉控制系统。
CFBB has high effieieney, high adaptability and wide burden eharge load onus adjust as a burning equipment, It ean get low carbon ash , run stably and proteet environment. So it is well used in boiler industry. But beeause of short applieation time and changing model type, it exists problems of automatic eontrol system runing unwantedly. Therefore, designing a kind of valid projecet will be advantageous to a realization to CFBB eontrol, brings forward CFBB eontrol system circularly based on the FCS.
