摘要
介绍了国产某型涡喷发动机控制律的设计过程,从对发动机的数学建模入手,通过系统辨识得出其模型参数,采用差量式PID算法,使用Matlab/Simulink模块进行控制参数的调试,最后将控制律用Keil C编程;并在发动机上进行参数的最终调节;实现了发动机转速的稳定控制;该设计方法对于其他控制对象的PID控制律的设计可供参考;实际应用表明,该系统工作性能稳定、可靠。
The design process of control mode Of a certain domestic micro turbine jet is introduced. It starts with the mathematic modeling, and gets the parameters of the model from systematic identification. After making sure of using the dispersion PID control method, we used Matlab/ Simulink module to debug the control parameters. We programmed the control method by using Keil C and carried on the modulation of the parameters on the jet, Finally we achieved the stabilization control of rotating speed of turbine jet. The design method offers some references for the design of PID control mode of other objects, as well. Application shows that the control system runs stably and reliably.
