摘要
针对当前航空发动机(含起动机)计算机辅助试验(Computer Aided Testing CAT)过分依赖人的干预以及控制器控制结构固定且参数只能有一组的特点,从软件整体出发,采用工业控制计算机作为硬件平台,依据计算机辅助试验技术和自动控制理论,研究了软件的整体结构,各模块之间的功能划分、调用关系,系统关键技术(控制律实现库、淡化器等)进行了较为详细的研究并将其应用到某起动机的计算机辅助试验系统中,试验结果表明采用的方法可以到达系统控制的工艺要求,满足试验需要。
According to too mueh depending on people in Computer Aided _ Test (CAT) system , fixation in the frame of eontroller and singleness of controlling parameter, in the point of view of whole software, by a technology of CAT and a theory of autoimmunization, the frame of software, the function partition and relation of transfer in the each other of module and the key technique (control law, fader etc) are researched in detail and applied to a CAT system on a starting enginery. It has proved that the method accords with request of techniques and the demand of test.
