纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青性能与机理的研究 被引量:25

摘要 采用3种制备工艺,将纳米氧化锌加入SBS改性沥青中,制得纳米氧化锌/SBS改性沥青,通过电镜技术对纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青进行微观结构改性效果的分析,并通过分析纳米ZnO/SBS改性沥青的粘度指标和红外光谱图对其机理进行研究。结果表明:采用溶剂法制备纳米氧化锌/SBS改性沥青,能够充分发挥纳米氧化锌的特性,改善SBS在沥青中的分散效果,使SBS在改性沥青中分散均匀,从而使其改性沥青的高温性能、低温性能、抗老化性能等都有明显地改善与提高。在纳米ZnO与SBS改性沥青过程中,SBS与沥青主只是物理变化,而纳米ZnO与沥青则发生了化学反应。 Three manufacturing technology was performed to add nanometer ZnO into SBS modified asphalt and got nanometer ZnO/SBS modified asphalt.Then we use Electron microscope to analyze, the microstructure of the modified asphalt.And we also analyze the mechanism of the modified asphalt by viscosity and IR.The result indicates that if we make nanometer ZnO/SBS modified asphalts by solvent methods, it is possible to make full use of ZnO's benefits, can also make SBS on a micro -meter scale in the modified asphalts, so it can improve the modified asphalts performance in terms of high-temperature stability, low temperature, anti-cracking performance and etc. It is a complex physical and chemical process in making the nanometer ZnO/SBS modified asphalts, the major character of SBS and asphalt is physical reaction, while the major character of nanometer ZnO and SBS is chemical reaction.
