江阴大桥钢桥面柔性防水粘结层特性分析 被引量:21

摘要 沥青铺装与钢桥面板间的脱层破坏是钢桥面铺装层较常见的一种病害破坏类型,而防水粘结层的层间特性是病害的主导因素,因此,对防水粘结层的层间特性进行分析尤为重要。结合江阴大桥钢桥面铺装研究课题,采用理论力学方法对不同温度和荷载条件下的层间剪切性能进行了分析;然后通过室内拉拔试验与剪切试验,得出防水粘结层的拉拔强度随温度变化的回归方程与不同温度条件下的剪切强度,通过对比研究得出结论认为:江阴大桥钢桥面铺装发生整体性剪切破坏的可能性较小,所用防水粘结层材料可以承担铺装在多种不利条件下的抗剪响应。 The deterioration between steel deck paving and waterproof layer that is mostly affected by anti-sheer performance of the layer is the most important distress of asphalt pavement, so it has great theoretical and practical effect to study and analyze the interface cohesiveness of waterproof and cohesive layer in views of material and load, Aiming at the research project on the steel deck surfacing of Jiangyin Yangtze, River Bridge, and using the method of the mechanical analysis and laboratorial tests, the interface cohesiveness between the waterproof and cohesive layer and the steel deck is studied.The study draws the conclusion that the surfacing is not likely to be de-bonded.
