On the basis of thorough analysis of the concept and the characteristics of Integrate Ware System, the method of making use of XML is discussed to describe the integrated courseware, and the method of data management with the File Management System and Relational Data Base Management. At last the exploitation of the system with Asp. Net technology is accomplished.
