Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Co., LTD, former as Baoding Automobile Factory, was established in 1949. Now, as a backbone of the auto industry in Hebei and large enterprise of China, is the authorized company to manufacture light-vehicles. In 1991, ZXAUTO was approved by the Chinese government as a joint venture with the registered capital of US$30 million and the total assets of US$119 million. As the birth place of the first pickup with independent intellectual right of China, it is now a modern pickup and SUV enterprise with independent intellecalal right and strong R＆D ability. There are 2300 staffs, a R＆D center and three plants. The largest one where the headquarters is located has four workshops known as pressing, welding, painting and final assembling, the production capacity is 100,000 per year.
