Two Cases for Internal Carotid Steal Syndrome With Anomalous Carotid-vertebrobasilar Anastomoses and Clinical Analysis

目的:颈内动脉盗血综合征是脑盗血综合征相对少见的的类型,而伴颈动脉-椎-基底动脉异常吻合的颈内动脉盗血综合征则临床上更为少见,本文通过对两例伴颈内动脉-椎-基底动脉异常吻合的颈内动脉盗血综合征的报道及临床分析,以提高对颈内动脉盗血综合征及颈动脉-椎-基底动脉异常吻合的认识。

Steal syndrome include three main types ：subclavian steal syndrome.internal carotid steal syndrome,vertebrobasilar steal syndrome, while internal carotid steal syndrome is a relatively rare type of them. Furthermore,it is more rare internal carotid steal syndrome with an anomalous carotid-vertebrobasilar anastomoses. We report two cases and analyse their clinical manifestation about internal carotid steal syndrome with persistent carotid-vertebrobasilar anastomoses in order＇to enhance cognition .
