摘要
目的研制一种多功能医学实验平台。方法选用氧气、二氧化碳、湿度、温度传感器、控制器及效应器构建多功能医学实验平台并用于293细胞、PK15细胞受温度效应影响的试验。结果该多功能医学实验平台可对温度、湿度、氧气浓度和二氧化碳浓度进行调节和控制,温度调控范围-20~+60℃,二氧化碳浓度调控范围0%~20%,氧气浓度调控范围0%~100%;湿度调控范围室温湿度至98%。采用该实验平台观察不同温度对293细胞、PK15细胞影响时发现,在10℃和20℃时,细胞出现胞体皱缩、突起变长等特征,细胞停止增殖。结论该多功能医学实验平台可调节温度、湿度、氧气浓度和二氧化碳浓度,可用于细胞低温保存等移植相关实验。
Objective To design a multifunction platform for medical experiments. Methods Sensors and controllers of temperature, humidity, oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration were used to make the platform for medical experiments. The relative criteria of this machine were tested. The cell lines 293 and PK15 were used to test the potential usage of the platform. Results The temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration in this medical experimental platform were well controlled. The range of temperature control was from - 20 to + 60℃ the range of carbon dioxide concentration control from 0% to 20% , the range of oxygen concentration control from 0% to 100%. The range of humidity control was from the humidity at room temperature to 98%. The morphological changes of 293 and PK15 cell lines could be found when temperature went down as designed. Conclusion The temperature, oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration and humidity of storage chamber can be intellectually controlled. This apparatus can be used for graft storage-related test.
