摘要
通过铝酸酯、硬脂酸、十八醇、稀土偶联剂4种偶联剂对Ca(OH)2进行偶联改性,并制备了偶联改性PE/Ca(OH)2片材。采用AR-2000旋转流变仪对偶联改性PE/Ca(OH)2体系进行流变性能分析。结果表明:稀土偶联剂可以提高偶联改性PE/Ca(OH)2体系的蠕变性能及应力松弛时间,4种偶联剂的偶联改性效果依次为稀土偶联剂、十八醇、硬脂酸、铝酸酯。
The calcium hydroxide which was coated with aluminate ester, stearic acid, octadecyl alcohol and rare earth coupling agent,was filled in the polythene and then made into sheets. The rheological property of PE/coupling modified calcium hydroxide system was analyzed by AR-2000 rotational rheometer. The results showed that the rare earth coupling agent could improve the system' s creep performance and the time of stress relaxation, the effect of four coupling agents was as follow : rare earth coupling agent, octadecyl alcohol,stearic acid, aluminate ester.
