摘要
应用"当量直径"的方法,分析了在啮合同向旋转双螺杆挤出机内高聚物融体热传递相似、混合相似和剪切相似(Maddock)的条件,得到了3组主要性能参数相似放大的关联式。用此关联式对两类大型啮合同向旋转双螺杆挤出机系列的主要性能参数进行了预测,预测结果与实际较为吻合。
The conditions of the scale-up with the method of thermal transmission, compounding and Maddock to the melted resin in the intermeshing corotating twin-extruder were analyzed with the method of equivalent diameter and three groups of mathematical relationships about the main parameters were obtained. The main parameters of two kinds of large intermeshing corotating twin-extruder series were predicted by using the three groups of mathematical relationships and the predicted results were coincided with the practical situation preferably.
