摘要
针对纯梁油田低渗透油气藏在钻井、完井、固井、修井和开采等过程中水锁引起的地层损害问题,研制出了CJS系列水伤害解堵剂,并利用岩心流动实验装置、JK99B界面张力测定仪等仪器对其进行了综合性能评价。评价结果表明,当水伤害解堵剂的注入浓度为5%,注入压力为3 MPa,注入液量为50 PV,反应时间为24 h时,可使渗透率的恢复值超过75%,从而有效地降低了工作液滤液的表面张力,解除了乳化堵塞和孔隙喉道的“水锁”,防止了水敏性粘土矿物膨胀对地层渗透率的伤害。现场已推广应用该解堵剂12井次,有效率为100%,累计增油9164 t,平均单井增油763.7 t,取得了显著的增产效果。
Water blocking remains a severe problem in producing the low permeability gas reservoir in Chunliang Oilfield.A water blocking damage remover,CJS,was developed to deal with the water blocking encountered during drilling,completion,cementing,workover and producing jobs.Evaluation of CJS using core flow testing apparatus and tensiometer(model JK99B) etc shows that the recovery of the lost permeability of the cores tested can be as high as 75% in these conditions: the concentration of CJS injected is 5%,Injection pressure is 3 MPa,volume of injection fluid is 50 PV,and time reaction is 24 hours.The surface tension of the working fluid was greatly reduced,leading to the removal of emulsion blockage and water blocking existed in the pore throats,and a recovery of the lost permeability by the swelling of reactive clays.CJS has been applied in 12 wells,and a 100% success was obtained.Total oil production increased using CJS was 9164 tons,averaged at 763.7 ton in each well.
