摘要
以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵DMC和丙烯酰胺AM为原料,合成了新型酸液胶凝剂聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)和聚丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵P(DMC-AM)。讨论了单体浓度、单体配比、引发剂用量、温度、pH值等反应条件对均聚物特性黏数的影响。采用红外光谱对本条件下合成的共聚物P(DMC-AM)结构进行了表征。用行业标准对产品进行了评价。结果表明,2种胶凝剂均具有良好的热稳定性和剪切稳定性,缓速性能好,具有较好的开发前景。
Two gelling agents,poly 2-methyl acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(PDMC) and Polyacrylamide-2-methyl acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(P(DMC AM)) were synthesized in laboratory using 2-methyl acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) and acrylamide(AM).This paper discusses the influences of the concentrations and the relative quantities of the monomers,the concentrations of the polymerization initiators,temperature,pH etc on the intrinsic viscosity of the homo-polymers.The molecular structure of the P(DMC AM) was studied using IR spectrum.The synthesized polymer was evaluated with industry standards.The evaluation shows that the two gelling agents have very good thermal and shear stability,and superior retarding performance.
