摘要
研究目标毁伤等级确定及其毁伤效果评估具有重要的军事意义,为了明确毁伤等级的确定和设计毁伤效果评估系统,分析了目标和目标毁伤的概念,阐明了目标毁伤等级的划分标准和目标毁伤等级的确定,给出了基于等级确定基础上的毁伤效果评估系统,从系统结构和系统模块两个方面进行了论述。
