摘要
以化工生产排出的氟石膏废渣为主要原料,通过掺加激发剂、减水剂、保水剂、掺合料、骨料等进行改性处理,研制成功了一种流动性好、平整度高、凝结快速、强度高、耐水性好的自流平地面材料,变废为宝,不仅环境效益和经济效益显著,而且为氟石膏废渣的资源化利用开辟了一条新途径。
Based on the waste residue of fluorgypsum expelled from chemical industry, the modification process was undertaken by adding the materials of seemly complex activator, water reducing agent, water-retention agent, additive and aggregate. As a result, a new kind of self-leveling floor material was developed with enhanced characteristics, such as finer fluidity, high leveling property, high strength and good water-resistant. In this way, not only the economic and environmental benefits could be imporved, but also a new way to utilize the fluorgypsum resource was found.
