BH3结构域拟似物BH3I-2′在肿瘤坏死因子凋亡诱导配体诱导白血病细胞凋亡中的协同作用
摘要
肿瘤坏死因子凋亡诱导配体(Tumor necrosis factor apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL)是TNF家族的新成员,可高效特异的杀伤体内肿瘤细胞,有很高的临床应用价值。但在某些肿瘤细胞却存在不同程度的耐受,有效的克服细胞耐药性是目前较为棘手的问题。BH3I-2’是新近合成的小分子量细胞透过分子,它具有与BakBH3蛋白相似的功能, 导凋亡的敏感性及其内在机制。
