再生障碍性贫血患儿干细胞因子受体表达水平的检测

摘要 造血干细胞缺陷是引起再生障碍性贫血(再障)发病的主要因素,而干细胞因子受体(C-KIT)蛋白广泛分布于各种发育阶段的造血干细胞,和其配体SCF结合后,可以调节造血干细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、转移和黏附。为探讨细胞因子受体C-KIT在再障中的表达情况,我们对再障患儿c-kit基因转录水平及其蛋白表达水平进行检测。
