Peter Decu is the chief representative of Melchers China, which represents and distributes for PatekPhilippe on the Chinese mainland. Swiss watch-maker Patek Philippe opened its only mainland boutique center on the Bund in Shanghai in 1995. Famous for its precision engineering, the company is the last independent watchmaker in Geneva.
